A collection of project display (sound/music + lights + AR)

Throughout this semester, I will create different prototypes using laser cutting, 3D printing, CNC etc. Instead of making them into individual projects, I want to create a shelf with a collection of work I have done throughout the semester. This could be different shapes, materials, and a collection of ideas.

Specifically, some of them I want to make them into jar with lid on. This is an extension of memory jars idea I had.

• People can put their memories into this jar. This jar has different color dots that represent their memories.
• When people open the jar, they can hear music play from the bottle representing moods.
• For some jars, they can take out one part and it will play music/sound from the memories.
• When people use AR glasses to see these memories, you can see it augmented, showing clips of the meories in reality.

I created a very simple prototype using beakers and sky projector and neopixel arduino to illustrate initial idea.

Inspirations

Room Sky Projector

For special effect, I would like to utilize the effect of sky project. This doesn't have to be a projector, but to produce this kind of effect.
